One week training for students MSc or Doctoral degree. If places available we will consider also applications from young researchers, R&D engineers and technicians.
To strengthen knowledge in lakes ecological monitoring with a strong focus on biomarkers and high frequency methods. The program will be based mainly on field samplings and practical workshops to present and apply current approaches and cutting-edge techniques (genetics, isotopy, acoustics, etc.) to assess the functioning of lake ecosystems subject to several anthropogenic pressures.
The trainings are provided by the CARTEL personnel and a shared accommodation in Thonon les Bains (22-27 June, 5 nights) is offered supported with funding from Pole ECLA. Everything else is not covered and is on the expenses of the trainee.
