WG1&2 Workshop “Early detection techniques” – LO: Cyprus, Hybrid, place tbc and online, 5-6 July 2022

The workshop will be dedicated to assembling and integrating all available information on the occurrence and drivers of zoosporic parasites into an interactive database.

The program will include presentations from the STSM projects on monitoring techniques with a focus on real-time and early detection methods.

The organisation of the work for collecting data and how to integrate knowledge on parasites occurrence in the database.

Practical sessions on the implementation of the online platform, open observatory and forum.

Further discussion on identifying needs and solutions for feasible, and cost-effective techniques for monitoring and detection.
