First Management Committee Meeting (MC1) – LO: COST, Virtual, November 2021

The first Management Committee Meeting (MC1), setting the official start of the Action, took place on Zoom on the 2nd and 3rd of November 2021.

The meeting was hosted by Mafalda Quintas (Science Officer assigned for this Action); Katchamon Nimprang (Administrative Officer assigned to this Action), Aldona Gembalik (Technical Host) and Serena Rasconi (Main Proposer of the Action and elected Chair during the meeting). Mª Victoria Serrano Blázquez (Conferences Officer) supported the hosting team in the COST Action Café.

The hosting team welcomed 38 participants from 23 countries (21 MC represented Members).

The meeting was organized following a participatory methodology aiming at attaining the following objectives:

  •  Take ownership of the Action challenge
  •  Networking and community building
  •  Bring everyone to the same level of knowledge on COST
  •  Develop Action structure, methodology and planning
